Private Waterfront Residence, Jupiter, FL

Challenge:  Exterior areas including dock, deck and patio along with windows had significant staining from birds, tree pollen and overall elements of nature.

TiCoat® as the ‘Solution’: After a pre-application power wash to remove debris, the TiCoat® team treated both the interior and exterior of the home as well as the affected areas on the waterfront property with TiCoat® Surface Protect™ Topcoat.

Results:

• The docks, deck and patio area were brought back to its original pristine condition and remains that way without the need for ongoing power washing.
• Bird droppings now rinse off with a hose and water where previously it “baked" into the dock and patio and required bleach and power washing to remove.
• Exterior of windows are now self-cleaning with rainwater. 
• Interior marble floors are reduced slip without affecting the cosmetics of this beautiful home.

Tatsuki Swimming School, LLC - Texas

Challenge:  Tatsuki Swimming School was looking to increase overall cleanliness of the facility as well as mitigate slippage issues on floors, which can become slippery when wet.

TiCoat® as the ‘Solution’: TiCoat® Surface Protect™ Topcoat was sprayed on all high touch surfaces at the swim school as well as the floors between the swimming area and changing rooms.

Results:

Brooklyn School, Brooklyn CT

Challenge:  Brooklyn School was in search of an environmentally friendly cleaning solution to keep students and staff healthier for the long term. 

TiCoat®as the ‘Solution’:  TiCoat® ingredients meet to EPA and FDA testing and safety standards that were reviewed and approved by an accredited State of Connecticut toxicologist through Brooklyn School's legal counsel. TiCoat® was approved for use in all areas of the schools including eating areas.  The TiCoat® team treated 400,000 sq. ft. of surface area encompassing hundreds of surfaces including doors, wall, bathrooms, desks, chairs, fabrics, lockers, bleachers, and kitchen areas throughout the school.

Anderson Humane, South Elgin, Illinois

Challenge:  The facility was experiencing residual odors from animal urine and feces. The surfaces were cleaned multiple times a day and odors persisted. Maintenance had attempted to use both bleach-based products and green odor control cleaners with marginal success. 

The facility adopts and fosters 1000’s of animals a year. The volume of pets is significant, and the animals often enter the facility with infections which cause them to have uncontrollable urination. 

TiCoat® as the ‘Solution': The facility was treated using TiCoat’s proprietary toxic-free chemical photocatalyst surface coating. The first step was a deep cleaning of the facility followed by the application of TiCoat’s surface coating.

Results:  

• During installation the product began to work immediately on contact with the surface and began to pull urine from the flooring.
• Once TiCoat® dried on the surface the discoloration was gone and so were the smells. 
• The facility began to test the product and switched to using water based green cleaning products and microfiber cloths to maintain surfaces. The product was tested for a period of 4 months and the staff noted a significant reduction in smells. 
• The facility looked better and more importantly, they we successful at reducing the normal cleaning procedures and improving odor control.
• As an added benefit the facility managers noted that the coating improved traction on the floors when wet and during cleaning procedures, dried faster. This allowed them to quickly clean spaces and bring them back online for use in short order. 
• Long Term Results:  TiCoat® was tested for more than 5 months post application. The product was only applied one time. The facility has successfully reduced maintenance costs, persistent odors have been kept in check and the air quality has improved.
